Poor FPS, did we get any fix so far?

Hello, so as i think almost everyone i have poor FPS in this game. Therefore I wanted to ask you if someone found a fix that is working for this.

I saw many threads about this but most of them are outdated or besides scaling and change nvidia options they don't go much further.

I run a i7 8550 and a mx150. at 720p i have a super smooth 60FPS at 180 its around 45 and native (3000*2000) it could be 25ish. In comparison my setup runs fallout 4 at 1080@60 medium settings.

By the way i noticed that gpu runs around 60% and CPU 15/20%.
