(Glitch)Portuguese organ gun speaking British language?

I was playing as Portuguese against the AI(Which was playing as Britons) and created a bunch of organ guns,when i selected them i heard "mandatum?"i thought i was hearing it wrong,but then i heard " Ic wille ","yes",its clearly the British language.

Why are my organ guns spies?Does it have something to do with my enemy being Britons?does it happen with other units?

P.S.:Also im pretty sure the intro song was not their civ theme but i could be wrong. It was military drums instead,it was not even a civ theme.

P.S.2:Dont mind the other P.S.,It is the intro theme for random civ,didn't know.
