I think Lithuanians need a buff

As the title says. Im not one for fancy words so Ill get to the point. There are two main reasons for me thinking so, and the second one is the main one.

First reason: They are rather subpar, and while the other new civs got buffs latest patch Lithuanians was the only one left out. Not only in pro play are they unpopular (were not picked even once the entire cup I believe) I have almost never seen them playing regular ranked games. I know comments will come saying "i have seen them!!!111" but really be honest, they are super rare.

Second reason: I just double checked, and they are the only civ with a Unique Tech that doesnt give a unique bonus (lets them enjoy something that no other civ can do), specifically referring to their Imp tech giving halbs and skirms +1 pierce armor. First of all the halbs dont get the last armor upgrade (losing 2 pierce armor) and a Unique Tech isnt supposed to just give you something you already lose in another upgrade making the end result still worse than other civs! As for the skirmisher part, they still dont have the highest pierce armor skirmisher as vietnamese imperial skirms will have the same. Furthermore, extra pierce armor on skirms do less than you might think because in trash wars you still take the same damage from other skirms as they only do the damage of the bonus vs archers no matter how high the armor is.

These two reasons were the reason why I thought that Lithuanians need a buff and also where to buff them, more specifically their Imp tech. It needs a buff or change. Personally I lean towards buff rather than change since that affects the feel of the civ the least. Honestly, I dont think it would be so radical to suggest it gives +2 pierce armor. That still brings their halbs to the same pierce armor as other civs (while having less melee armor) but now actually gives them skirms with the highest pierce armor in the game. Why wouldnt you have a unique tech that gives them something unique to do?
