New Dock Tech: Gives Fireships 8% movement speed (Turn back to 1.35)Cost 120 food, Upgrading time 45 seconds (Almost like squires) Available in Feudal Age.

Reasoning and extra info:Galley movement speed is 1.43 currently. 0.7 speed difference is too minor to give Galleys the edge they need, it doesnt encourge microing. Navy warfare became boring, seeing Fireships just nullifying each other like bots.This new Tech might give Galleys the oxygen they need early game, Just enough air to snowball into bigger numbers with the right micro. (4-5 Galleys)
