1v1 mini league with friends

Planning on organising a sort of short 1v1 mini league with three other friends, any one got any tips or advice on the best/funnest way to do this?

I was thinking along the lines of a best of three against each other player, consisting of one map played first by everyone (ie the same one)- was thinking MegaRandom for varied games, then each player chooses a home map as such that will be played in the second and third games.

I’d say we’re slightly varied in skill level, I’m the only one that has played a few ranked games (and I’m poor at best), the other three are either relatively new to it or like me don’t/cant play or practice enough really.
