Ideal late-game army comps

Pretty regularly here on this sub, someone will post that Civ X is "OP! I just played them and they had this deathball of _____ and ______ and there was nothing I could do and all my stuff died plz nerf!"

But obviously, nearly every civ has some fully-upgraded late-game combination that is basically unbeatable if they get to it. Most of the wikis and other resources will talk about a civ's strengths, but never quite say "Here's your best outcome if the game does late." So I want to try to crowdsource that list. I'm assuming full upgrades, including unqiue techs, for everything, and a good economy behind. I play a lot of Ethiopians, so I'll kick it off:

Ethiopians: A big ball of arbalesters, with siege onagers (Torsion Engines) and enough halberdiers in front to keep them honest. A few bombard cannons or trebs to keep the push moving forward, with maybe a group of shotels to run around in their eco.

There are ones everyone knows, like Goths (a flood of huskarls plus either champs or halbs depending on what you're up against) and Franks (Paladins for days with some axemen behind), but plenty are not as well known and maybe have multiple excellent options. So: what's the ideal late-game composition for your favorite civ (or the one you hate a desperately hope you never have to face? When you enter a game, what are you thinking when you say "If I get to ____ they're dead, and if they get to ____ then I am?"
