My civ balance suggestions

Since it's April Fools Day I decided to make my own list of civ balance changes that I would actually like to see because I love when civs get buffed and not the other way round. The suggestions might seem clownish but that's why I am posting them today. My point isn't to make super OP (like +5 range for Britons archers) or funny balance changes (like Franks surrendering after seeing enemy units), though, I just aim to make civs better (and slightly OP) and therefore more desirable to play.

Feel free to make your own suggestions in the comments section.
