What will be the theme of the DLC?

My bet is on Ethiopia, USA and Italy. Usually xpacks has been released with 3 civs.

For an African xpack, 1 or 2 civs would be lackluster, so I think that they will go with some kind of general theme.

-Rising nations? (Italy unification, formation of USA?)

-Resistance against empires? (USA against Brits, Ethiopia, IDK nothing about Italy unification)
