In your opinion, is it a fair things to do on team games?

When a user drop before Castle, usually it happens that most of the people in the opponent team doesn't agree on save&exit. And well, when the drop happens in my team, I usually ask the most smart people on the opponent team who agreed the save and exit (there is usually always one) to resign, but this never happen honestly. When the drop happens in my opponent team and my team doesn't s&e, I resign. But in every scenario the one who is fucked is always me...
