I watch everything SOTL puts out, but for piratical gameplay advice I prefer to watch pro streamers. Currently the only streamer I watch is St4rk. Probably a mix of him being funny and handing out good advice. He gives out some great tips on how certain civs should handle other civs and what unit combos work best against problematic counters.
