Windows Broke After Update, Cannot Update, Reset, Or anything else

Hey, I tried to update my windows because I was getting many errors with my copy of Windows, for example I launch into windows and the screen is black, I can launch task manager and close shell infrastructure host which will bring up my desktop and functionality of my pc, however, I cannot use the windows search bar. I thought this was an issue with the update I did so I reversed the windows update to the previous version and the problem still occurred. So I went back to the latest version because why not, and have been using my pc like that (without a search bar and closing shell infrastructure host every time I turn it on). Every time I turn my PC on I also have to wait for it to say it's installing an update and failing, then restarting, trying again, failing and it does it 2-3 times, then it says failed, restarts and loads windows, for me to have to use the task manager close again. Next, I thought it was failing to install the new update because of lack of space, so I cleared 30gb on my C: drive and it still did not work. I tried to update my computer with this new space, and I got the update to work after 5-6 attempts and many hours. When it finally worked I logged in to find the same black screen, only this time I could not open task manager. I reverted to the previous version and continued for a few weeks. It is only now that I cannot install my games from the Windows Store (Forza Horizon 4, Sea of thieves, Age of Empires) that I am getting frustrated. I then try to reset windows, keeping my files, I get the error "There was a problem resetting your PC, no changes were made" So I try resetting without keeping files, same error. I try many different things from about 12 different YouTube video, every single thing fails. I cannot reset windows, I cannot update windows, I cannot format my HDD or SSD and start from scratch, all of this because I updated windows. I have tried so many things I feel like screaming, and I turn to you guys for any suggestions or help, as Windows SUpport costs money, which they don't deserve making an operating system this buggy. All help would be greatly appreciated.
