Those are the best. Get the 4 in a room and 4 in another so they can't hear your team chat, divide in even teams based on Elo, and play away whatever the majority wants. Switch it up so it doesn't get boring(arabia, arena, BF, islands, capture the relic, wonder, regicide, megarandom, etc) and change up the teams if one team wins too much. I'm 1100-1200.
