I'm thinking about this a lot at work right now.
I love the Malian bonus- especially considering how much more important PA is, considering archer's lower attack values.
That being said, I don't think melee armor bonus would be worthless- it's not one that's been done before, and it could lead to some interesting situations (Champion-resistant Halberdiers?)
That being said, I don't think +3 Melee Armor is as good as equivalent PA.
So what do you guys think? Is it a possible bonus for the future? And if so, would it have to be buffed?
