Similar to the civilization tech table that came with the original Age of Kings, I've created an updated one with all the cvs and technologies. (DE Civs pending)
Several techs are lighter, meaning that civ gets it free
Several techs are darker, meaning that civ has a bonus that is equal to or greater than that tech, but doesn't have access to that specific tech.
I think its fairly accurate, but cannot confirm 100%
