More Map Pool Discussion!

I know there's already been some posts about the new map pool, but I'd like to put in my two cents and also hear from you all.

Like many of you, I don't favor most of the current maps in the pool. I think it can use some adjusting. However I do like the idea of some kind of forced map pool and players not being able to choose maps for ranked matches. I think it will create more well-rounded players in the community and also give Aoe2 an esports kind of vibe.

With that being said I think there should be a certain map pool for 1v1's and then another map pool for team games since there are maps that lend themselves well to team and non team games. Maybe even throw in some of our favorites like arena and black forest in the team map pool.
