Need help portforwarding

Hey guys I really need help trying to port forward this game and hopefully be able to play online with other people. Right now I get a consistent full second or more ping on HD and voobly, which is extremely frustrating. I have tried looking up how to do it and haven't been able to succeed :/ (first time trying to port forward). If anyone could help me figure this out I would be very grateful and happy :).
