What do you guys think of voobly patch 2.0?

Not specifically just 2.0 but all the patches is the game really balanced now?

I play atlantean cuz im a noob micromanager and strangestrike(strategygamevideos) said in this video that oranos was majorly nerfed by 1.04 but when i look at the changelog i don't see too many nerfs to him specifically, what am i missing? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9R-KGXqOii
