am i missing something here?

so i have been on twitch chats lately in my free time and came across mblaoc stream yesterday and he was burmese and people in chat were giving him ideas on what to do vs his opponent and one of his mods said to go full siege onager. i was about to type in chat saying burmese dont get so but apparently chat spammed 1111 like no tomorrow so im starting to think here was this some sort of joke or something because i dont understand? even mbl laughed and said yes lets do that so could someone explain the whole burmese siege onager joke? usually i watch 1v1 mbl games because he explains his thought process and he is very sharp on the new civs, but now i am confused. any help would be appreciated, thank you reddit community, ps im new to reddit so much appreciate :)
