Since we all know about khmer being one of the worst 5 civs, i thought of a way that fits with their theme of having the scorpion fire two arrows with their UT. How about we add a 25% chance of double arrows firing from archer (or xbow+ ) line from the get-go? The second arrow would probably only have ~10-15% accuracy maxing at 50% with thumb ring and doing un-upgraded damage or some other damage nerf.
Any thoughts on this?
