Pros/Cons for going archers/cavarly/infantry?

Can someone give me a quick summary or provide some links? I almost always go with cavarly since I feel like they are most versitile. When should I go archers? When should I go infantry? I NEVER use archers, and almost never use infantry (just pikeman to counter enemy cavarly). While I understand with archers I can do some cheeky attacks despite enemy walling himself, I just feel enemy overpowers me in Castle Age.
