Help castle rushing moderate AI 1v1?

I tried using a strat I saw on youtube (ressonance22) and failed miserably

I dont get it, what should my build order be?

I do 2 houses and then all the sheep near TC with 6-7 dudes, then I put a few (2 or 3) in wood, I do loom, hunt the boar, put more guys in wood, hunt the other boar, then build a few farms.

At this point I'm pretty equal with the AI in terms of score, but then I get lost and start failing my micro management and end up not knowing what to build, sometimes I end up with 2k wood and 50 food and it sucks.

and when I attacked with 10 or so knights, he had already built a 30 man army that rekt me hard.
