In standard games Wonders are considered to be a lame way to win, since it is so easy to defend. I started to thinking that even though it costs 3000res its actually quite cheap for a win condition.
If wonders would cost 7500w 7500g 2500s, players would have to invest a substantial amount of resources which makes them much weaker when defending. I think the original 3000 cost was trying to achieve something like this, but it really is too cheap for post-imperial eco with infinite trash spam.
Would this be enough to make wonder a not too easy way to win? I'd just like to play with standard rules instead of conquest more. Especially since wonders look nice.
