Is there a way to mute *only* the Flashing X/signal allies feature?

Sometimes it happens I find teammates which abuse this feature And I was noticing I slow down a lot when In games where I hear that sound in my ears for an entire hour, I think because I lose my focus every time I hear that sound. So is there a way to mute only that feature?
