AOE 3 windowed Mode - Dual Monitor issue help

I started playing AOE 3 recently and i have problems with my mouse goes out of the main game screen (Dual monitor) when i try to scroll screen using mouse. i am using "Windowed mode" for streaming through window capture in stream labs. Is there possible solution like AOE 2 to keep mouse within game window and still use window capture. I dont want to use display capture for streaming it isnt feels comfortable.
