AOE2 Treaty Question

In aoe3 with treaty you couldn't build next to anyone until the treaty was over. You had a designated spot to build during the treaty.

Is there something like this is aoe2? Is there a map that prevents players from building right next to other opponents?

Or a map that prevents players from crossing the other half of the map till treaty is over?

Any ideas or help on this would be appreciated. Thanks!
