Best CA spam with a SoO strategy?

I like CA's a lot and looked into both Ra and Isis, Isis gets the better SoO while Ra gets the bone bow for the CA's and the speed and HP.

My problem here is that Ra only makes camels while Isis makes Elephants and Siege.

Is there any viable strategy that mainly spams CA's? Prefferebly Isis/Ra because i like having a SoO and 3 pharaohs lol.
