Error 101, i can't make a multiplayer acount.

So i have AOE3 for long time but i never played multiplayer, a friend got it at summer sales in steam and we thought to give it a try. So im in the game, i press the multiplayer button and am trying to make an account (never done this before i know that is 1 acc per 1 cd key) but i get back error 101. I searched it and the game "thinks" that i already have an account. I go deaper and i managed to find that "I" have an account by the name of "sligmai" and a code i dont even know so i can't play multiplayer cause the name lookup is broken? i don't know. Any help guys? Suggestions? Thanks in advance
