How can i fix lag in this game ?

Hello, I have a litt issue with Age of Mythology: Extended Edition. I have a huge lag when i move my cursor game write i have 60 fps but very laggy in my computer.

My specs:

amd a8 6600k 4x42ghz,

8gb ram

Nvidia gtx 660 2gb.

Win 10 64bit.

But if i play my htpc problem gones.

my htpc spec: amd a6 6400k 2x4.1ghz

amd hd8470d 512mb card.

Win 10 64bit.

I think the problem is only get my nvidia card.

How can i fix that lag?
