Should I use voobly for mods or steam workshop?

For example I get conflicting data sets with IA, I've got to a point where I have Omar's Byzantine and Persian sets meshing, Indian on their own, but unsuccessful with the Korean Arcitechture mod!

And the MW units don't work! It's only the European reskins and nothing else!
