Don't ask me how I got this information, my source seems pretty legitimate.
If anyone has suggestions for formatting this info, please let me know. It looked alot better on /r/aoe2, but this post was removed from there.
I have very limited Tech Tree information at this point but my source has been feeding me new info every few hours so maybe I'll have that soonish.
As kind of a "guide," here's all of the screenshots released by Microsoft so far.
This screenshot shows many of the Tatar UU and Cuman UUs. The Tatar UU is the Keshik, the heavily armored horsemen with lances, the archers with the topknots are the Cuman UU, the Kipchak Archer.
This screen shows several UUs, the new on being the Lithuanian Leitis, which are the dudes who look like these dudes. The guys with the striped shields and feathers are Magyar Huszars, whom are already in the game, and on the righthand bridge, you can see a few Boyars, the Slav UU also already in the game.
This screen shows the Bulgarian UU, the Konnik, wielding morning stars. A dismounted example of a Konnik is on the upper righthand area near the gang of cavalry archers and Trebuchets.
ANYWAY LEAKS ARE AHEAD
.
.
.
- New "regional" unit called the Steppe Lancer, similar to how the Eagle Warrior is available to only to New World civs and the Battle Elephant is available to SE Asian civs. This civ may or may not be available to the Lithuanians or Bulgarians, but will most likely be available to Tatars and Cumans at the very least. I don't believe there are any clear screenshots of the Steppe Lancer but here's one with it's stats that was released way before my leak.

- "Fortress" in Bulgarian. In-game Tooltip: Fortification used to train your unique unit. Unique building of the Bulgarians. Units can garrison inside for protection. Archers and Villagers shoot additoinal projectiles. Cannot be converted by enemy Monks. can be built in the Castle Age. A weaker, cheaper Castle that can't build Trebuchets, Petards, or any researches but is a less expensive method to train your Unique Unit. I don't believe we've seen Kreposts in any of the screenshots yet.

Unique Unit - Konnik
-
"Horseman" in Bulgarian, with some connotations of a Knight or a hero like a Tarkan. Tooltip says Bulgarian unique cavalry unit that fights on as infantry when felled. Strong vs. infantry and archers. Weak vs Camel Riders and Monks.
-
Portrait is of an Infantry unit but it is described as "cavalry." This screenshot shows multiple Konniks on horseback but if you move over to the upper righthand corner area near the Cav Archers and Trebuchet, you'll see a dismounted Konnik.

EDIT: Tooltip describes it as a Cuman unique cavalry archer with rapid-fire attack. Strong vs infantry. Weak vs. Skirmishers. Interestingly, the tooltip does not display Range stats correctly. The unit portrait shows it drawing multiple arrows on a bow at once.

Castle Unique Tech - Steppe Husbandry: 200 F, 300 W. Scout Cavalry line trains 80% faster
Imperial Unique Tech - Cuman Mercenaries: 650 F, 400 G. Team members can create 10 free Elite Kipchaks at the Castle.
- EDIT: Team receives 10 free Elite Kipchaks in Castle is the in-game Tooltip. Looks like you don't need to research Elite Kipchak, but it doesn't seem like you, the researching player, gets 10 of them yourself. The only other comparable tech is Vietnamese's Paper Money, which reads * The player and all allies receive 500 gold*, and unambiguously includes the player. This tech is much more vague. At any rate, this is still a good tech, if you have 2 allies, then you are spending 650 Food and 400 Gold for 20 units worth 1200 Wood and 700 Gold, and with 3 allies the value is 1800 Wood and 1050 Gold. It may not seem worth it if you are playing a 2v2, but then again neither of you don't appear to need to research Elite Kipchak.
no Camels, Elephants

Team Bonus: Monasteries work +20% faster
Unique Unit - Leitis
- EDIT: Lithuanian unique cavalry unit with attack that ignores armor. Strong vs armored units. Read this wikipedia article for the history.
