Steam Workshop: how can I update my already published mods from another pc?

I published two scenarios from my home pc but now I want to update them with the files I modified on my laptop.

The game doesn't recognize the folders as already published mods and only lets me publish them anew as if they were completely new mods. How can I update them without republishing them?
