What's the fast castle into boom build order for Malay?

Noob here. I mostly play black forest and I'm currently 1650 hd player. I usually go with 28+2 4tc boom in black forest and play according to civ bonuses like if playing with Celts put one less on wood and so on.

Problem here is Malay. Their faster uptime really screws my economy and I'm actually later to castle than with non bonus civs like Vietnamese or saracens due to idle TC and shortage of food and gold.

My question is should I go up with more villagers or keep my TC idle? If I go with more villagers, what should they do and later How I manage my economy if I have 5 on gold.
