Your most stupid mistake in AoE 2?

Today, I got Huns on Nomad and the first thing I did is building a dock. Then I wanted to build a TC. It doesn't worked because I had not enough wood. I thought "What did I wrong?" I asked my team mates if they could build a TC+Dock. Yes, they could. Then, someone realized I was Huns and explained me that Huns start with -100 wood. My team mates were not happy because of my mistake.

I was maybe 5 vills behind because I had to build a lumber camp first and then cutting wood until I had enough for a TC. My team lost in the end.
