Zeus Strategy

Hey, I've been playing this game for as long as I can remember but only recently got really interested in at a higher, more competitive level. I've decided that Zeus is the best god (great mix of econ and military, strong heroes, and overall reliable abilities). That being said, I'm not really that good a player and am looking for advice on how to improve, especially against Hard AI and other players. Below is some of my strategy, please drop comments or any other helpful info. Especially interested in specific insight re: unit composition. Thanks!

1. Minor gods: Athena, Apollo, Hephaestus
2. Typically go for a very fast mythic (under 15 min) against Hard AI with about 90% investment in econ and about 15-20 unit army of toxotes, hoplite, minotaur, jason, manticore
3. Get Hephaestus' upgrade lowering armory costs and quickly invest in lots of armor upgrades and other unit upgrades
4. Use lots of myrmidon, collosi, hycopoli (big tower siege things) heroes, toxotes in late game assault.
