Because of supplies tech (-15 food gost for militia-line) Goths got a bit nerfed (they don't get the upgrade) so basically they don't have almost ANY early game upperhand over other civs.
Do you think that DEVS should add additional bonus for them to compensate that fact?
I was thinking about couple of bonuses that wouldn't make them too powerful, but would give a bit of an edge in the early game.
1) Villagers +5 HP dark/feudal; +10HP from castle - Goths have worst defences in the game so it would make them a little less succeptible to raiding
2) Start with one/two dead deers near the Town center - simillar to the free llama, atuned to their weak hunter bonus. The twist is that you need to take the food as soon as possible - because of food decay.
3) Pallisade walls cost half the prize, build 30% faster - not a big bonus, but works quietly
4) Palisade walls return damage to meele atackers - interesting idea to make them a bit offensive. I was thinking 3-4 damage to infantry, 6-7 to calvary, 10 to battering rams.
What do you think? Do goths need a bit of an early boost or are they fine as they are now?
