Computer requirements for Ladder should be higher.

I just played probably the most unfun game of 2v2 in my life. It was basically a slide show. I don't know why someone on the other team with a potato computer is able to ruin the experience for everyone in the same game, it's absolutely ridiculous in 2020 to have a game where my online experience is ruined by other players because they have a crap computer.

ALSO, it absolutely ruins balance when the enemy is playing Goth and spamming melee units which needs no micro and you're trying to maneuver expensive Unique Units which you need to keep alive and instead of being able to kite correctly, you have a slide show instead and whatever you do, you're not gonna be able to do anything to protect your units.
