Public lobby not showing in Lobby Browser?

It worked once, but for some reason I can't make a public lobby for other players to join, it worked once and now all of a sudden it doesn't work, I've tried rehosting, changing the game name, my friend can't find it in the lobby browser even though I can see it in there well in lobby
