Can't launch. I have tried every suggestion I can find (including the sticky)

I bought the game on Steam a while ago and have just now installed it onto my new system. I can not for the life of me get it past the launcher. My screen either flickers and crashes or it instantly crashes. Below are the files I have in my AOM file (i did not include the folders in the pic)
