Centralized post for finding teammates?

Was an avid player of this game 20 years ago (average at best), but back in on the DE.

Is there a centralized place for players to hook up and find teammates? I don't really have any buddies that are interested in playing.

I am currently just getting back into the game, but have pretty good game knowledge.
