Does anyone know the approximate ELO equivalent for the AI at each difficulty?

For example, if I'm playing against the AI on Hard difficulty, approximately what would its ELO be if it were a real player?

Curious for all difficulties, really. Especially because I believe the recent patch changed some things about how the AI plays.
