If civs that have ring archer armor have bracer instead of ring armor

Malians, Persians, Slavs, Teutons, and Cuman have ring archer armor, but don't have bracer.

So I wondered if they have bracer instead of ring archer armor, how they change? They will be better or not?

I don't think they need to bracer, but just curious.
