Need help defeating hard AI on DE

Hey! I can easily beat the moderate AI but the hard AI is unbeatable for me atm.

I already know the basics on counter units and build orders, but the AI always attacks just after getting to imp with trebs and enough army for me to not be able to take them down on time.

Any advice?
