Need help with a weird connection bug.

Basically as the title states i am encountering a weird bug whenever i try to make an online game with my friend. I will randomly disconnect from my network on my PC which is hard wired into the Ethernet port. It only happens when im playing this Definitive edition because on the OG version i got no issues playing and staying connected online. But for some reason on this version it seems to crash my entire connection to the internet, not just the game but chrome too and anything else that needs internet on my PC. A restart will get my internet back online but every time i try to play it keeps on crashing my network. I have tried to re install and still getting the same issue. Not sure how to fix it because the updated version is great but i cant ever play it =(
