Suggestion for an "intellectual" playthrough

Hello,

After 10 years, I will do another playthrough of AoM campaign. For some time I wanted to learn more about mythology and I asked myself "Could you use AoM as a teaching companion". Every time the campaign introduce a new character,/myth you use it as an opportunity to learn more about it.

I know that the campaign takes liberty, so it's more about getting the big picture with AoM, and getting the details outside the game.

Do you know if someone has already created a kind of follow through resources ? Where they explain for each campaign scenario the main characters, the main myth and all of that ?

I would be surprise if it exists haha, in this case, what are you favourite resources to learn more about mythology. I can also consider buying books, but online is easier for me :)

Wikipedia seems pretty good for a lot of things, but should I consider any other sites (that are easy to browse) ?
