Hello this I realize is a very stupid sounding question, but I have a friend who I gave my old AOE III CDs and tried playing with him online since I own the Steam version and crossplay is possible between the Steam and CD versions. My friend however wasn't able to find anywhere in the disk case that lists the CD key which is preventing him from registering an ESO account to play, and I can't imagine that there wouldn't be a CD key written down somewhere in the case. Can any of you that own the OG disk version lemme know where they're written down?
