Are people happy with the current TC-Drop "Meta"?

I know TC dropping is still a memey strategy and can be a lot of fun, it's also a (relatively) new strategy considering its popularity

But nowadays I have to say I've gotten a bit tired of it and I know many more people are facing up against it at lower to mid elos, also allowing people to climb the ladder quite effectively

I guess the good thing is that it'll never be an issue to nerf TC dropping, as the Persian TC HP in dark age isn't needed in almost any other situation

The question just is, do we want to have a meta were something like TC-dropping is a valid strategy, especially when you feel your opponent will have an advantage playing standard (think Hera repard in KotD3), or should dropping town centers remain as more of a surprise-factor-only strategy like it was seen in the past

In general, what do you think about the prevalence of TC drops in the meta and would you like to change anything about it?
