Playing TG Arena. I have been trialing Aztecs and a few different strats. Fast Imp Monks+Trebs and a 3TC boom into skirms/pikes/champs+ Monks and Trebs.
The monks just seem crazy strong once you get them up to 85hp+. Get 15+ monks and some trash around them and it seems bloody hard to stop.
Anyway what are people's thoughts on how the Aztec monks compare to the Spanish monks? Are the Spanish conversions noticeably faster?
Does the quicker conversions make up for the fragility of the standard monk? How about missionaries with blood lines?
I will be giving it a try soon just thought I'd ask those that are more versed with Monks on what's best and what the common pitfalls are to monk strats?
