Should Briton loose supplies?

For one, they don't really need it except perhaps against goth. And they are currently a super S tier civ that didn't need supplies before anyway.

Strong late game archer civ like mongols, chinese and mayan also doesn't have supplies. Still gets fully upgraded champions at a stage where brits has all they need anyway.
