Steam discount not applying for owners of the Complete Edition?

Hey, so I'm on the store page, and when I click 'Bundle Info' (whether for the AoE Definitive Collection Bundle, or the AoE3 bundle), it doesn't display the discounted prices for when I already own some of the products in the bundle.

If I recall correctly, I thought Steam bundles are even cheaper if you already own some of the products in them?

In my case, I own the AoE2 Definitive Edition and the AoE3 Complete Collection.

I also heard that even when purchased by itself, not as part of a bundle, the AoE3 Definitive Edition should be discounted if you already own the Complete Collection.

Is there something I'm missing? Thanks!
