Suggestion: have a "favorite position" (flank, pocket) mechanic, in a similar fashion to how the favorite map mechanic works.

If too many players of the same team have the same favorite selected, it would just choose at random (as it currently does), but if the distribution allows to assign players according to their favorite position, why not?
